Community Supported Agriculture
The Georgia Tech Sustainable Food Project (GT-SFP, a student initiative) is brining a Campus Supported Agriculture Program to campus. The GT-SFP is working to bring you fresh locally grown fruits and vegetables from local farms around Atlanta. By registering you will have the opportunity to purchase produce available for pick-up on campus every week for the upcoming Spring semester!
Some people have been confused about registering and ordering for the
GT CSA program on Wednesday afternoons. You can register to purchase
fair, local and organic foods through http://www.moorefarmsandfriends.com
You can make your orders on a weekly basis and there is no commitment
needed. You may order between Friday 5pm and Monday 5pm on Moore Farms
and Friends online marketplace.
You can make your pick-up on Wednesdays from 11am to 3 pm in the Student Center Commons Corridor. Sign up for email support so that if the pickup location changes, you will receive an email Monday evening once orders are closed.
THIS PROGRAM IS SHUTDOWN DURING SUMMER SEMESTER EACH YEAR and restarted in the FALL.
